Our 40th Anniversary Gala will celebrate our legacy and propel us forward into the next 40 years commissioning, producing, and presenting visionary artists of color who create fearlessly at the intersection of art and social justice. We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to support the Harlem Stage 40th Anniversary Gala extravaganza.
This year's honorees include our very own Artistic Director and CEO Patricia Cruz, who we will recognize for her longtime service to the arts and our community. Then the first Patricia Cruz Medallion Award will be presented to our long-time Board member, publisher, producer, longtime former head of DC Comics and MAD Magazine, and co-founder of Double Nickel Entertainment, Jenette Kahn. The Philanthropy Award will be given to BET/Jeanine Liburd, Dancer, choreographer and educator Camille A. Brown will receive our Transformative Artist Award.
